Brother Delivery & Build Options

It’s so much easier with us!

As we have stated earlier many businesses like a choice of options regarding their new printer equipment installation and prefer the peace of mind of a fully installed & networked unit.

You will struggle to find a supplier offering big internet discounts on office printers and equipment with the following choices.

Printer & Multifunctional or Fax Options:

Equipment Delivery Only

All prices include delivery and assume that YOU will un-box and assemble your new Printer, Fax machine or if you are buying a Multifunctional device such as an office copier / printer / scanner / fax machine.

Equipment Delivery & Assembly

Why take on the time and work of building a machine yourself when a qualified engineer is so reasonably priced?

Business users often ask for an inclusive option where your printer or fax or multifunctional device is delivered, unpacked & assembled [excluding connecting to your computer network].

If you think of the cost spread over the life of the machine you are talking about a few pounds per month.

Subject to area we offer engineer services to:

Unbox and assemble the equipment at each location [postcode]
1 only Printer / Fax / Multifunctional Assembly = £110.00 + VAT

Additional units
2 – 10  Printer / Fax / Multifunctional Assembly = £70.00 + VAT each

11 – 25 Printer / Fax / Multifunctional Assembly = £55.00 + VAT each

101 + by negotiation
Example 15 printer assembly cost:

1 x £110.00 + 9 x £70.00 [2 – 10 rate] + 5 x £55.00 [11-25 rate]

Equals £110.00 + £630.00 + £275.00

Total Cost £1,015.00 + VAT a cost you could include in a lease.

The client must make their own arrangements for removal of packaging.

Equipment Delivery & Network Connection [NOT Assembly]

Total Cost £1,015.00 + VAT a cost you could include in a lease.

The client must make their own arrangements for removal of packaging.

The client must make IP addresses and passwords available before arrival of the engineer.

Equipment Purchase or Lease Options

Clients who wish an outright purchase only of their equipment can buy simply and easily on line through our shop.

Remember when purchasing to order any extended equipment warranty and consumables such as toner, most manufacturers supply equipment with a minimal starter toner package and you will need to order more toner very soon after purchase.

Equipment Leases / Leasing - For orders over £1,000.00 + VAT we offer lease options [subject to satisfactory credit clearance]

This means that you do not have to pay immediately for the equipment but may for a small interest charge  spread the cost over 3, 4  or 5 years.

We have a lease calculator for you to use.

Due to the High cost of some consumables many clients use this credit facility to “pre-order “quantities of consumables and drums for future use & take out extended warranties. Subject to estimating the volume of usage accurately this can allow a reasonable budgeting forecast for the equipment and avoid large bills for consumables which are not covered under a warranty i.e. things like imaging units and toners.

100% Tax Deductable

Remember leases are 100% tax deductable, therefore saving you some work and using our engineers for Assembly & Network Installation on a Lease Option this is a very efficient and convenient way to acquire and use office machines.

We estimate that we can cover approximately 80% of the country, should you require an engineer to complete your set-up please email us to confirm we cover your area.

Rubbish & Old Machine Removal

For clients who would like packaging and their old equipment removed we have a fixed fee of £35.00 + VAT per item if we have assembled the new equipment for you.

Please be aware of recent WEEE Regulations and ensure that you dispose of old equipment legally and responsibly.

WEEE Directive [Effective 2nd January 2007]

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic goods on the environment, by increasing re-use and recycling and reducing the amount of WEEE going to landfill.

Courts can issue unlimited fines and individuals can be criminally prosecuted
The business user will be held accountable if WEEE is not managed correctly
The Environment Agency and DEFRA will pursue the person who last used the equipment not just the person who carried out any illegal dumping.
The government's approach has been that business users will know what to do when it comes to compliance i.e. organisations should know how to interpret the regulations and therefore do whatever is right.

Specifically, the WEEE directive requires 65 per cent of end-of-life IT equipment to be recycled and another 10 per cent to be recovered.
